Your performance
Our employee’s work performance is assessed and determined by several factors and all employees have the opportunity to discuss these factors with their leader or manager during their first month - so you’ll know where you stand right from the start.
At HOSTPLUS we feel it’s important our employees know just how well they’re performing, how they may be able to improve and the skills they need to build for the future careers they desire.
Employees develop a performance scorecard and undertake a regular Performance Enhancement Process.
This process details what’s required for employees to develop and succeed in their current role and create action plans to grow professionally.

HOSTPLUS has a strong focus on promoting from within.
In fact, we have structured programs in place to take employees from role to role. In 2010, over 20% of all positions vacant were filled internally and 25% of our call centre consultants were promoted into different roles within the business.
