Train with AFL and NRL team fitness coaches.

The Hostplus Health Wealth program is a fantastic opportunity for Hostplus members to work with personal fitness experts from the AFL and NRL. Train like a pro with fitness coaches from the Gold Coast SUNS, Richmond Tigers Football Club and the South Sydney Rabbitohs Rugby League Football Club.  

Learn tactics and tips to stay fitter and healthier longer. Take on a range of real physical activity sessions, it won't cost you a cent. Health Wealth is FREE and exclusively available to Hostplus members*.

What the program includes

The physical training sessions are held outside of working hours once a week for six weeks and may include:

  • Physical assessment
  • Weights and resistance training 
  • Boxing 
  • Cardio - Rowing and Bike 
  • Footy drills / Medicine ball 

The training sessions

Session Duration Activity
One 75 mins Meet & greet, facility tour and overview. Collect your welcome pack and undertake a physical assessment to establish your baseline fitness level for future training.
Two 60 mins Physical training session.
Three 60 mins Physical training session.
Four 60 mins Physical training session.
Five 60 mins Physical training session.
Six 60 mins Physical training session including a repeat of the assessment in session one to gauge progress and your achievements.
