The Hostplus Industry Super Property Trust – Property Investment Option provides access to a diversified portfolio of Australian property assets across the commercial, retail and industrial sectors.

The option invests in Australian property across a variety of sectors and has an income bias aiming to offer investors lower relative earnings volatility and a higher income yield, albeit with some exposure to capital appreciation.
