From March 2017 your Hostplus member statements will be moving to Member Online.

Login to your Hostplus online account to ensure your contact details, including your email address are up to date so we can notify you when your statement is available.

With Hostplus Member Online you can:

  • Check your balance
  • Update your contact details and communication preferences
  • View your recent transactions
  • Change your investment options
  • Alter your insurance arrangements

Pension members     Super members

To continue to receive your statements via post

Simply log in to Member Online and update your communication preferences. Head to the Personal Details section of the Member tab on the main menu and tick the box to continue to receive your statements in the mail.

Please note - members who request physical (paper via post) statements after 19 January will not receive printed statements for the period ending 31 December 2016.
