The Hostplus mobile application (App) is an internet-based facility made available to all Hostplus members. It is provided by Host-Plus Pty Limited ABN 79 008 634 704, AFSL 244392 (Hostplus, we) as trustee for the Hostplus Superannuation Fund ABN 68 657 495 890, MySuper No 68 657 495 890 198 (the Fund), Level 9, 114 William Street, Melbourne VIC 3000. The following terms and conditions apply to your use of the App. We may amend the Terms by updating them on the App, and your continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the Terms as amended. To access secure information contained within, you must be a member of the Fund and accessing your own account details.
The future performance of the Fund and our investment strategies are not guaranteed. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future performance and should never be the sole factor considered when selecting a superannuation fund.
Use of the App
You acknowledge and agree that:
a. the App can only be accessed after completing the member registration process. Hostplus reserves the right to deny access to or refuse registration to any person at our discretion.
b. access to the App is only available to you whilst you are a Registered User and hold current username and password credentials.
c. once access is granted, any actions using the username and password assigned to that account will be deemed to be made by you or with your authority, and any information provided to us is assumed to be complete and accurate.
d. we cannot verify whether the user of correct username and password credentials is the correct ‘Registered User’.
e. we aim to provide high quality, reliable and effective information and services over the App, but we do not guarantee continuous or fault free availability, or the currency or reliability of information. The App and content are subject to human error and misuse, technical limitations, maintenance, delays and other problems which are inherent in the use of technology and electronic communications.
f. Hostplus reserves the right to revise the content or functionality appearing in the App or withdraw access to this App at any time without prior notice to you. Any fee for use of the App will be clearly set out.
g. the App may rely on data feeds from external sources. If there are delays in these data feeds, transactions and account values may not be current.
h. to the extent permitted by law, Hostplus makes no representation for the accuracy, reliability or completeness of the information contained in the App, nor does it take responsibility for any loss arising from the App or information in it.
i. Hostplus does not accept any liability for information provided by third parties.
j. you indemnify us against any damage we incur or a third-party claims from us, arising from your use of the App.
You represent and warrant to us that you:
The App allows you to store your username, so you are not required to input it each time you login. You acknowledge that by enabling this feature, you understand the risks associated with storing your username in the App. While we have implemented security features into the App, we cannot guarantee the privacy, security and integrity of the App or any information input by you on your device including the normal functions of using the App. We will not be liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of this occurring.

This App contains copyright material, brand names and other trademarks that are protected by law. All names and logos are trademarks of the trustee or third parties and the content is subject to copyright. Except as expressly authorised, the use of any information and material provided in this App is strictly prohibited.
The content of this App has been prepared for residents of Australia and as a result, all currency references are shown in Australian dollars. The App may be accessed throughout Australia and overseas. If you access the App outside of Australia, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for complying with the laws in each country you access the App. We do not accept any liability for accessing the App outside of Australia.

Authentication for Mobile Devices
If you have a compatible iPhone, Android or Windows mobile device, you may choose to enable biometric authentication, to login to the Hostplus App and confirm your identity using a biometric identifier registered on your Mobile Device instead of your email address/account number and password. A biometric identifier includes a fingerprint or facial data by which a Mobile Device manufacturer allows a user to authenticate their identity to unlocking their Mobile Device (“Biometric Identifier”). Hostplus does not collect or store your biometric data, it is stored on your Mobile Device.
Important: If you enable or use a Biometric Identifier to access the Hostplus App, you must ensure that your Biometric Identifier is the only Biometric Identifier stored on the Mobile Devices you use to access the Hostplus App. However if another person has stored their Biometric Identifier on the Mobile Device you use to access the Hostplus App in breach of these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that they will be able to access your accounts including to view and conduct certain actions on the Hostplus App and these actions will be treated as having been authorised by you and conducted with your knowledge and consent.
