If you come from a non-English-speaking background, we can work with an interpreter from Translating and Interpreting Services (TIS) to help you make your claim. It’s free to use TIS for insurance claims, and our claims team can guide you through the process.

The National Relay Service is an Australia-wide phone service for people who are deaf or have a hearing or speech impairment.

Some First Nations Peoples may find it hard to meet Hostplus' identification requirements.
If you’re a Hostplus member of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander heritage, you can use our Indigenous Persons Identity Referral form. This form can help you to verify your identity and access your super money.
Alternatively, some service providers in remote communities may be able to help. You can ask them to include your photograph in a letter confirming your identity, using their official letterhead.
