Hostplus

Registering with Hostplus gives you access to your clients’ Hostplus account information – saving you from having to contact us to obtain that information. Here’s what you need to do to register for Adviser Online and SMI Adviser.

Hostplus Adviser Online is your easy self-service client portal that’s available 24/7.

  • Upload adviser and member documents.
  • Initiate a digital Third Party Authority.
  • View & download Centrelink schedules.  
  • View & download account profiles.  
  • View & export transactions, including contribution history. 
  • View a benefit quote on the member's account. 
  • Access resources and information you need.
     

If you have not yet registered, you can use your ASIC Financial Adviser Registration details to create your Hostplus Adviser Online account.

Our Self-Managed Invest (SMI) Adviser portal makes it easy to manage investment funds for SMSF clients.

  • Create & manage SMI applications.
  • View & transact on your clients’ SMI accounts.
  • Generate reports to help with compliance requests.
  • Access adviser tools and resources.
  • Enable SMI Xplan data feeds and application origination functionality.

If you have not yet registered, you can use your ASIC Financial Adviser Registration details to create your Hostplus Adviser Online account.

To access your clients’ account information, you’ll need to submit a Third-Party Authority (TPA) for each client. The quickest and easiest way to lodge a TPA is online through Adviser Online. If you don’t have access to Adviser Online, you can continue to use the Hostplus authority form or you’re welcome to use your own form if it includes the following:

  • your client’s personal details including their Hostplus membership number (if known). 
  • your adviser details including your Australian Financial Services licensee information.

Hostplus is committed to ensuring the security and privacy of our member and adviser records. To access your Hostplus client information through Adviser Online, you’ll need to verify your access using the Okta Verify or Google Authenticator app.
