Digital upgrades and smarter support for Hostplus advisers

Thanks to your feedback in our recent adviser satisfaction survey, we’re planning a series of improvements to make it easier for you to support your clients. 

Better support when you need it

Our adviser services team now have a dedicated phone number: 1300 366 974. You can speak with our team Monday to Friday, 8am - 8pm AEST/AEDT.  

Smarter digital tools

Soon, support staff will have their own dedicated login to Adviser Online, allowing them to lodge Third Party Authorities, advice fee requests and upload documents. Advisers will also be able to lodge upfront advice fees through Adviser Online – either as a lump sum or spread over 12 months. We are also reviewing the acceptance of digital signatures to further improve the Adviser Online experience for you and your clients.

What’s coming next?

In 2026, we’re planning to add advice fees such as fixed term arrangements to Adviser Online. We’re also looking to enable advisers to perform transactions on behalf of their clients, including super and pension applications, investment switches and pension changes.
