Elika will soon undergo work experience with three renowned hospitality businesses around the world as well as a 12 month mentorship from a Melbourne Food and Wine legend.

The scholarship offers a rising star in the food, beverage and hospitality industry a one year mentorship from an industry leader, as well as the chance to gain international work experience with top international businesses. Open to anyone between 18 and 30 years with at least two years’ experience in their field. Covering all aspects of the hospitality industry from front of house to winemakers, the scholarship is the opportunity of a lifetime for talented and dedicated hospitality professionals.
