Getting started?
Most Hostplus members can use the app to manage their account. This includes members with accumulation, Pension and Transition to Retirement accounts, as well as many legacy Maritime and Salarylink products.
There are a small number of account types that are not currently supported or have limited functionality. If you’re unsure, please contact us for help.
We regularly release updates to add new features, improve performance and keep your account secure.
iPhone or iPad users:
- Open the App Store, search ‘Hostplus’ and tap ‘Update’.
Android phone or tablet users:
- Open Google Play, search ‘Hostplus’ and tap ‘Update’.
To use the latest version of the Hostplus app, your device must run:
- iOS 16 or later
- Android 10 or later
To keep the app secure and ensure we can continue to deliver new features, we need to use more recent operating systems.
The latest version of the app is compatible with the vast majority of supported devices.
Using the app
iPhone or iPad users:
- Go to ‘Settings’ then ‘Notifications’.
- Scroll down to ‘Hostplus’ and turn ‘Allow Notifications’ on.
- Open the Hostplus app, tap ‘More’ on the bottom of the screen.
- Tap ‘Settings & security’, then switch ‘Notifications’ to on.
Android phone or tablet users:
- Go to your device ‘Settings’, then ‘Apps’.
- Select ‘Hostplus’, then ‘Notifications’ and switch them to on.
- Open the Hostplus app, tap ‘More’.
- Tap ‘Settings & security’, then switch ‘Notifications’ to on.
