To claim a tax deduction for a personal contribution made last financial year, Hostplus must receive your Notice of Intent to Claim a Tax deduction by 30 June this financial year.

SuperSmart is a member-only platform that provides expert tips and insights on managing your super and your finances, bite-sized lessons to build your super know-how, and, if eligible, offers tailored digital advice to help members get on top of their super for the future.
All Hostplus members can access the SuperSmart platform. However, there are some members who may not be eligible to access the digital advice area. If you have any issues, please contact the Hostplus advice team 1300 303 188.
You can access SuperSmart via your Member Online account anytime. Simply login to Member Online or Pension Online and click on the Start Now button on the SuperSmart tile to get started.
There may be instances where a member’s details are missing or incorrect in Member Online. If this happens to you, please contact the Hostplus team please contact the Hostplus team on 1300 467 875.
In some cases, there may be some members who don't meet certain criteria thus can’t access digitalised advice. This helps ensure that members don't receive advice that’s not right for them. If you’re one of these members, please contact the Hostplus advice team on 1300 303 188.

SuperSmart replaces SuperAdviser. SuperAdviser was our digital advice tool that provided limited financial advice on your Hostplus account. SuperSmart also provides digital advice, to eligible members, plus educational content to help upskill your super knowledge. SuperSmart is also available to a wider group of members.
