Arther Nedelkov

Arther brings more than 35 years of experience in financial services to the role of Acting Chief Administration & Insurance Officer. Known for his deep commitment to member and employer services, Arther is a trusted leader within the Fund who is dedicated to enhancing the Fund’s administrative capabilities.

In this role, Arther oversees the day-to-day delivery of member services and support functions, while driving improvements to operational frameworks and infrastructure. He is also responsible for managing key stakeholder relationships with third-party service providers, including the Fund’s insurance and administration partners. His focus is on ensuring service excellence and delivering sustained value to members.

  • Internal Dispute Resolution
  • Member Remediations
